Each is individually designed with the freshest flowers, fruits,
and gifts available. We offer customers a variety of sizes and
prices that are affordable to meet differing budgets on all our
arrangements and gift baskets.
DELIVERY SERVICE (same-day & next-day) U.S. & Canada
Monday through Friday orders that are received before 2:00
p.m. U.S. Eastern time (excluding holidays and peak delivery periods)
are delivered the same day. Orders taken after 2:00 p.m. may be
delivered the next day.
DELIVERY SERVICE on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
Orders that are received before 1:00pm on Saturdays and 12:00pm on Sunday will be
delivered the same day in the Richmond, Virginia area.
We will make every effort to accommodate deliveries for out of
the Richmond, Virginia area on Sunday.
However, delivery service is often not available in other areas
on Sunday and Holidays. Products may either be delivered on the
day before or the day after the requested date of delivery.
DELIVERY POLICIES (for the Richmond Virginia area)
NOTE: there is a $20.00 minimum purchase required for orders being delivered.
The following areas have higher minimums:
* Ashland, VA: $40.00 minimum
* Chester and Chesterfield, VA: $40.00 minimum
* Manakin-Sabot: $40.00 minimum
We offer delivery to the entire Richmond area using our standard route system for a $9.95 fee. Our deliveries are made between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. for business deliveries).

Timed deliveries are available upon request with the following extra delivery fees:
* Delivery by Noon $14.95 (Orders must be placed the day before or by 9:00 the same day.)
* Delivery within 2 hours $17.95 (Orders must be approved by our dispatch center)
* Delivery within 3 hours $14.95 (Orders must be approved by our dispatch center)
* Delivery within 4 hours $11.95 (Orders must be approved by our dispatch center)
* Delivery at a specific time $24.95
* Any other special delivery requests will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us concerning any special requests.
Orders for same day delivery need to be placed by the following times depending on the location of the delivery:
* Hospital: Orders must be in by 1:00 p.m.
* Business: Orders must be in by 1:00 p.m.
* Residence: Orders must be in by 2:00 p.m.
SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS
Orders received the day before the requested delivery date may request either early or late delivery and still fall under our regular route system. This does not guarantee a specific time but states that the order will either go out on an early run or an afternoon run. If a more specific time guarantee is needed, please follow our delivery schedule above.
PEAK PERIODS for Delivery Service
During peak periods such as Valentines, Easter, Mother's
Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, please place your order
at least one day in advance to ensure timely delivery.
