Cancellations & Returns
All cancellations for deliveries must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date. Returns are accepted for store merchandise only, not including perishable items, plants, or flower arrangements. Replacements will be offered for any gift baskets, plants, or flower arrangements that do not meet our satisfaction guarantee. Read about our Satisfaction Guarantee below.
